The 2023 Woodford County CASA Angel Tree kickoff will be held at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 14 at Lakeshore Learning. Attendees will select names of Woodford County children in the family court system from the CASA Angel Tree, then shop for gifts from the children’s wish lists. CASA volunteers will deliver the gifts to the children’s caregivers in early December, in time for the holidays. Refreshments will be provided, and attendees get to enjoy a trip across the Lakeshore Learning factory floor! Lakeshore Learning is at 547 McKinney Ave. in Midway.
