Elevating the evening’s charm, Castle & Key’s food and beverage manager, Christian Smith, will curate a selection of signature cocktails. These unique cocktails will feature a variety of spirits produced by Castle & Key. Please join us for this ticketed dinner on Wednesday, February 14th, 2024 from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm, check-in beginning at 5:45 pm. We look forward to sharing this enchanting evening with you.

Hor d’oeuvres:
Muffuletta sliders & Boudin Egg Rolls

First Course:
Endive, blue cheese mousse, candied walnuts

Second course:
Gulf seafood gumbo made with shrimp, crab, oysters, dark roux, and okra, served with Mariannes potato salad

Main course:
Smothered rabbit, creole cream cheese grits, green bean almondine dust and Flour Focaccia

Dessert:
Dark chocolate mousse, passion fruit sauce, cocoa nibs
