As part of our Fireside Chat Series, we’re welcoming Buzzard’s Roost to The Stave for an intimate afternoon of storytelling, sipping, and spirited conversation. Join us around the fire pit as a representative from the distillery shares the history, craftsmanship, and unique production behind their whiskey — with samples and cocktails crafted using Buzzard’s Roost throughout the day.
All week and weekend leading up to Sunday, we’ll be featuring Buzzard’s Roost in rotating food and bar specials, giving guests plenty of chances to explore their lineup before Sunday.
And yes — brunch is on. Our FULL menu is now available during brunch, meaning unlimited savory and southern-inspired options all day long. Come early for brunch, stay for the fire, or make it a slow Sunday and do both.
