The Great Puzzle Swap

Puzzle season has arrived.

Bring your gently loved puzzles to Wildside and trade them for something new-to-you at The Great Puzzle Swap — a cozy afternoon built around puzzles, wine, live music and settling into the season ahead.

Puzzling All Day

We’ll have puzzles set out before, during and after the swap, so come early, grab a glass of wine and pull up a chair.

You don’t have to participate in the swap to join us! Puzzle tables are open to anyone who wants to sit, sip and work on one with friends.

Live Music with Willee & Dean | 3:00–6:00 PM

We’re excited to welcome Willee & Dean for an afternoon of live music! Settle in with your latest puzzle find, enjoy a glass of Wildside wine, and let the music carry you through a cozy November afternoon.

The Flow

• Puzzle Drop-Off: 1:15–2:00 PM

• The Swap Begins: 2:00 PM

• Live Music with Willee & Dean: 3:00–6:00 PM

• Winery open until 7:00 PM

After the swap wraps up, there’s no need to rush off. Puzzle tables stay open until we close.

Important timing note:

Guests who arrive with puzzles after 2:00 PM will join the swap after everyone who arrived on time has finished swapping. This keeps the experience fair, smooth and enjoyable for everyone.

How the Swap Works

• Bring 1–5 gently loved puzzles

• Receive one token for each puzzle you bring

• Guests line up in the order they arrive

• Choose one puzzle each time through the line

• Have more tokens? Head to the back and go again

This way, everyone gets a turn and no one clears out an entire section before everyone else gets a chance.

Simple. Civilized. No puzzle-related combat necessary.

Puzzle Tables

We’ll organize puzzles for easy browsing:

• 300-piece puzzles

• 500-piece puzzles

• 1000-piece puzzles

• Kid-friendly puzzles

Puzzle Guidelines

To keep the swap fun for everyone:

• Puzzles should be complete and in good condition

• Dollar Store puzzles will not be accepted

Please bring puzzles you’d be happy to discover on the table yourself.

What to Bring

Bring a bag or box to carry your new puzzle finds home.

We do wine. We do puzzles. We do not do bags.

The Vibe

This is a swap — and a place to linger.

Come early. Start a puzzle. Order a glass of wine. Swap your old favorites for something new. Stay awhile.

The cold weather is just beginning.

We might as well make something cozy out of it.
