Each week this winter, The Stave will spotlight one local distillery by featuring your bourbon in cocktails, sipping pours, and special food pairings-all week long.
Then on Sunday from Noon-3PM, well wrap up the week with a Fireside Chat at our front fire pit: an easy, come-as-you-are hangout where guests can meet your team, hear your story, and warm up with the same featured bourbon. Dress cozy and come ready to talk all things bourbon.
